System Changes

Please be advised that between 10:30pm on Saturday 18 May and 5:30am Sunday 19 May 2013 we will be undertaking scheduled system maintenance.

During this time, some of our usual services will not be available, including:

  • Logging in to your Velocity Frequent Flyer Account
  • Making a new booking using Velocity Points
  • Upgrading using Points
  • Redeeming Points in the Velocity Rewards Store
  • Redeeming Points with program partners
  • Earning Points via the Velocity Global eStore

If you have plans to make a booking using Points or redeem Points during this time, we encourage you to do so prior to the system maintenance taking place.
