Members of Velocity Frequent Flyer Program may be able to use their Velocity Frequent Flyer Points to purchase goods and services from certain Participating Retailers, and to earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Points by making purchases from certain Participating Retailers. Westfield does not guarantee that members will be able to do so. The attribution or deduction of Points to a member’s balance is the responsibility of Velocity. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption is subject to the member Terms and Conditions, available at virginaustralia.com/velocity, as amended from time to time. Members should contact Velocity if they have any questions about Points balances displayed on the Site or the attribution or deduction of Points from the member balances in connection with the purchase of goods and services from Participating Retailers. Members should allow at least 28 days for points to be credited to their member balance.Westfield is not responsible for the accuracy or correctness of Points balances displayed on the Site or the attribution or deduction of Points from Member balances and is not liable for any costs, damages or other loss in connection with the Points balances displayed on the Site or the attribution or deduction of Points in connection with purchases of goods and services from Participating Retailers.In the event that products on the Site are not available or orders are cancelled before they are dispatched to the member, or if products are returned to the retailer, Westfield will provide a Westfield Gift Card to the value of the items paid for by points, less any shipping charges that have been incurred by retailers, within 28 days of the order being processed. Neither Velocity, or Westfield, is liable for any loss or damage in connection with the purchase or use of goods and services from Participating Retailers.Acceptance of Westfield’s T&Cs is implicit in purchasing from westfield.com.au.
