How do I make a redemption booking with Blue Holidays?

If you want your Blue Holidays package during popular public holiday periods, make sure you get in early to book as it’s always busy at these times. To make your booking, just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: To search for your next holiday destination and to get a price for your perfect holiday package:

Call the Blue Holidays Contact Centre on 13 15 16. If you’re outside Australia, phone +61 7 3118 6600.

Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop and order them. Once your certificate is ordered, we’ll deduct the Velocity Points from your Membership Account.

Step 3: Phone the Blue Holidays Contact Centre on 13 15 16 to make your booking (you can’t book with vouchers online). Quote the voucher number(s) as part or full payment and have your credit card details handy to pay for any outstanding balance due. Once payment is made to secure your booking, Blue Holidays will forward all your confirmation details. It’s as easy as that!

Terms & Conditions

All package holidays booked with Blue Holidays are governed by the Blue Holidays Terms & Conditions. Redemption vouchers are non-refundable. No changes or cancellations can be made to the vouchers. Vouchers will be valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue. Redemptions do not earn Velocity Points. Vouchers cannot be used as payment for any additional charges accrued as part of your holiday stay, such as room service, minibar, food, movies, optional activities or excursions, passports and gratuities. These must be paid at time of stay directly to the supplier. If the balance of a voucher is not used in full upon redeeming the voucher, the unused value of the voucher will be forfeited. If the Member quotes an incorrect voucher number as part of payment, their booking may not be held. Packages are subject to availability. Seasonal and peak black-out periods may apply.
