You can redeem your Velocity Points on Brunel certificates* for vehicle hire and chauffeur services, as shown in the table below, in Australian capital cities as well as Cairns and the Gold Coast.

Brunel certificates cover the cost of chauffeur services and car hire, including GST, and are valid for up to six months from the date you order them. All prices for available Rewards are inclusive of all Taxes. Sundries (for example, champagne) are not included in the redemption and will be payable separately.
How do I book with certificates?
Step 1: Call Brunel on 1300 855 955 to check the service you want is available on the dates you want, as they’re subject to availability. Be sure to mention that you’ll be using Velocity Points to pay for the booking.
Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop and order them. Once your certificate is ordered, we’ll deduct the Velocity Points from your Membership Account.
Step 3: We’ll send your certificate in the mail – it should arrive within seven working days.
Step 4: As soon as you receive your certificate, call Brunel on 1300 855 955 to confirm your booking, then forward the original certificate to them. Make sure Brunel receives it before your booking date to secure your booking. When the time comes to indulge in your Brunel service, the Chauffeur will ask for your credit card number as a guarantee – it’s a standard requirement for all Brunel customers. Now sit back, relax and enjoy riding in style!
Please note:
- When a Member receives a certificate the redemption booking must be made via the Brunel call centre on 1300 855 955
- The original certificate must be received by Brunel prior to the service being used
- For all redemptions, the Member must leave their credit card number with the Brunel Chauffeur as a guarantee
- If the cost of the service is less than the value of the Brunel certificate purchased, no refund of the difference will take place
- Certificates are non-refundable and sent via Australia Post.
Terms & Conditions
*The Brunel certificates are valid for up to 6 months from the issue date (when they?re ordered). Once ordered, the certificates are non-refundable and no changes or cancellations can be made. Payments made with Brunel certificates do not earn Velocity Points. If the whole value of the certificate is not used with Brunel, the balance is not transferable or refundable as cash. Brunel services are subject to availability, so bookings should be made well in advance. The certificates can not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.
