Mantra Logo You can redeem your Points on certificates* for stays at selected^ Mantra City Hotels in Australian locations including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra and Darwin.

Please be aware that you have until 30 November to redeem your Velocity Points for accommodation certificates at the participating Mantra properties. Mantra will no longer be available in the Velocity Program from 1st December 2009. All issued certificates will be honoured at the participating Mantra properties until their expiry date.

How many Velocity Points do I need?

This table shows you how many Points you need to redeem on a Mantra certificate for one night’s accommodation for two people in a Hotel room, Studio, or 1-bedroom apartment, and four people in a 2-bedroom apartment. For an extra person, there’s an additional charge.

Other hotel charges (such as food and beverages, telephone, laundry and "pay-per-view" charges) will be charged separately. Members do not earn Points on this extra spend. Redemptions are subject to availability, which may be limited, and blackout periods may apply.

How do I book at Mantra with Points?

Mantra - lobby It’s always busy over popular public holiday periods, so get in early to make your reservation, as bookings are subject to availability. You’ll need to order a Mantra certificate well before your stay. So follow these easy steps:

Step1: Contact Mantra City Hotels on 1300 557 575 to see if your preferred date is available. Make your reservation and tell them you’ll be using Velocity Points to pay for it.

Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop to order.

Step 3: Your certificate will be mailed to you and will arrive within 14 working days and Velocity Points will be deducted from your account.

Step 4: Present the original certificate when you check-in. The Mantra certificates are valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date.

Terms & Conditions

^On 31 March 2008, Saville City Suites Adelaide became Breakfree on Hindley. From 21 May 2008, Velocity Points can no longer be redeemed with this property.

*Redemption certificates are non-refundable. No changes can be made to the certificates. Certificates will be valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date i.e. the guest must stay before the certificate expires. This certificate cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction. The name on the certificate must match the name used for the hotel booking.
