How do I book a Hilton room with Points?
It’s always busy over popular public holiday periods, so get in early to make your reservation, as bookings are subject to availability. You’ll need to order a Hilton certificate well before your stay. So follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Call Hilton Hotels on 1300 HILTON to see if your preferred date is available. Make your reservation and tell them you’ll be using Velocity Points to pay for it.
Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop to order.
Step 3: Your certificate will be mailed to you and will arrive within seven working days (14 days if you live outside Australia) and we’ll deduct the Velocity Points from your Membership Account.
Step 4: Present the original certificate when you check-in.
The Hilton certificates are valid for stays up to six months from certificate date.
Terms & Conditions
*Redemption certificates are non-refundable. No changes can be made to the certificates. Certificates will be valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date i.e. the guest must stay before the certificate expires. This certificate cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction. The name on the certificate must match the name used for the hotel booking. All Hilton Family hotel stays are governed by the Hilton Family of Hotels Terms & Conditions.
