How many Velocity Points do I need?

You need 14,400 Points^ to redeem a Comfort certificate for a one-night stay in a standard double room in Australia and New Zealand. 

^These rates are valid as at 13 March 2008 and are subject to change. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply and are payable in addition to Points redeemed. Rooms are subject to availability, which may be limited.

How do I book at Comfort properties with Points?

It’s always busy over popular public holiday periods, so get in early to make your reservation. You’ll need to order a Comfort certificate well before your stay. So follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Contact Comfort on 13 24 00 to see if your preferred date is available, as bookings are subject to availability. Tell them you’ll be using Velocity Points to pay for it and make your reservation.

Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop to order.

Step 3: Your certificate will be mailed to you and will arrive within 14 working days and Velocity Points will be deducted from your Velocity Membership Account.

Step 4: Present the original certificate when you check-in.

The Comfort certificates are valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date.
