How do I book at Clarion properties with Points?
It’s always busy over popular public holiday periods, so get in early to make your reservation. You’ll need to order a Clarion certificate well before your stay. So follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Contact Clarion on 13 24 00 to see if your preferred date is available, as bookings are subject to availability. Tell them you’ll be using Velocity Points to pay for it and make your reservation.
Step 2: Order your certificate at least 14 working days before you intend to use the service. Just visit the Velocity Rewards Shop to order.
Step 3: Your certificate will be mailed to you and will arrive within 14 working days and Velocity Points will be deducted from your Velocity Membership Account.
Step 4: Present the original certificate when you check-in.
The Clarion certificates are valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date.

Certificates will be valid for stays up to 6 months from certificate date i.e. the guest must stay before the certificate expires. This certificate cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction. The name on the certificate must match the name used for the hotel booking.
