Warner Village Theme Parks
Members must purchase tickets from themeparkticketsdirect.com.au/Velocity to earn Velocity Points. 10% saving is based on the price of tickets purchased at the relevant theme park at time of entry.

Bluetix
Blue Tix vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date you ordered from the Rewards Store. The vouchers are non-refundable and no changes or cancellations can be made. Redemptions do not earn Velocity Points. The correct voucher number must be provided when making a Blue Tix booking, otherwise the booking might not be secured. All Bluetix bookings are subject to the Blue Tix Terms & Conditions. If the whole value of the voucher is not used the balance is not transferable or refundable as cash.

Blue Holidays
Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date you ordered from the Rewards Store and can be used for anything booked with Blue Holidays - including car hire, insurance, transfers and activities. The incidentals such as food, petrol and spray tans are not included, and are payable separately in cash.

Virgin Australia lounge
Virgin Australia lounge is available at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth domestic airport terminals. Access to The Lounge is subject to The Lounge Terms & Conditions. Single Entry Lounge Passes are activated to the purchasing/redeeming members account and cannot be gifted.

Casual Visit lounge passes will only be available for redemption until 31 January 2012. Lounge casual visit passes will not be available after this time.

Cruisepilot
All packages are subject to availability and the Cruisepilot terms and conditions apply. You must call Cruisepilot (Australia: 1300 795 866, New Zealand: 0800 423 018, International: +61 7 5514 3380) to book your cruise prior to redeeming any cruise voucher. Vouchers will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

Brunel Limousines
Certificates are valid for up to 6 months from the date you ordered from the Rewards Store. Certificates are non-refundable and no changes or cancellations can be made. Payments made with Brunel certificates do not earn Velocity Points. If the whole value of the certificate is not used with Brunel, the balance is not transferable or refundable as cash. Certificate can not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.

Virgin Galactic
Points values shown are correct as at 1st August 2011, are subject to change without prior notice. Points redemption includes one (1) Virgin Galactic sub-orbital spaceflight in a Pioneer seat for one (1) person (“spaceflight”) to be taken within the first year of Virgin Galactic’s operation of its spaceflight service. You must be a legal resident or citizen of Australia, over 18 years old at date of redemption, not be employed by, or a family member of an employee of Velocity or any of its subsidiaries. You must expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all related Virgin Galactic and Velocity terms and conditions. The redemption is subject to booking and availability.

In the event the Points have been utilised on a spaceflight that is later cancelled or amended, the value of the Points redeemed shall not be refunded, and all cancellation and amendment fees will still apply. In the event of a ‘no-show’ for a redeemed spaceflight, the Points used will be forfeited. In addition to the Points used for the spaceflight, you must pay any and all identified surcharges, charges, fees, GST and taxes (if applicable), and any additional costs, such as flights, travel insurance, accommodation, meals, spending money, passports, visas, transport to and from spaceflight departure points, transfers, items of a personal nature and other.

You will be required to attend a mandatory training program and assume all risk for participation and understand all the dangers and risks inherent in this spaceflight. You acknowledge that you will have to provide medical and other personal information in connection with your proposed participation in a sub-orbital flight which may be used by Velocity, Virgin Galactic, their affiliates and contractors in connection with the spaceflight and that you will be contacted by Velocity, Virgin Galactic and/or its affiliates in connection with spaceflight. You must meet any physical (pre-flight medical checks), testing, government and other requirements as determined by Virgin Galactic, applicable government or other organizations regarding participation in the spaceflight. Virgin Galactic may deny you the right to participate in a sub-orbital flight due to (but not limited to), the individual’s medical fitness as determined by Virgin Galactic or its representative in advance of the spaceflight, limitations imposed by any government or regulatory authority or Virgin Galactic’s determination, in its sole discretion, that your passage presents an unacceptable risk of harm to yourself, Virgin Galactic, their respective property or public health or property. The ultimate decision on whether you are fit, qualified, or legally permitted to take the sub-orbital flight is the exclusive decision of Virgin Galactic.

You must complete any required additional releases and sign and agree to accept and be bound by Virgin Galactic’s Conditions of Carriage prior to any flight, which will be provided to you by Virgin Galactic and any other documentation as may be required (the “Conditions of Carriage”). You may also require authorization by relevant bodies of the U.S. government on grounds of national security and/or control of the export of technical data or defense services.

You may be required to pay a nominal amount (being approximately US$1.00) to Virgin Galactic as consideration, which shall be deemed to be adequate and sufficient consideration, in order to seek to ensure that the Conditions of Carriage and/or other relevant documentation entered into regarding the spaceflight will constitute binding contracts between you and Virgin Galactic.

Virgin Galactic has not yet constructed or operated a spacecraft capable of completing a spaceflight. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a representation, warranty or covenant of Velocity or Virgin Galactic to design and construct one or more spacecraft capable of completing a spaceflight within any particular time frame, or even at all. Virgin Galactic reserves the right to suspend or delay operations for any reason, in its sole discretion.

The field of commercial space tourism is evolving rapidly and that laws and regulations of governing the operation of a spacecraft capable of completing a spaceflight may change in such a manner as to impose conditions, limitations or restrictions on Virgin Galactic’s ability to operate a spaceflight. Such laws and regulations may include conditions, limitations or restrictions in respect of the export of defence technical data or defence services to Virgin Galactic to enable it to design, construct and/or operate the spacecraft.
