Velocity Global eStore Terms and Conditions

The purchase with your chosen retailer will be tracked and your Points will be allocated to your Account in up to 90 days. Retailer delivery locations are subject to change. Once you enter the retailer’s online store, the retailer’s terms and conditions will apply.

Accepted payment methods:

The following payment methods are accepted by onsport.com.au:

  • a) Velocity Points (redemption)
  • b) Credit card
  • c) onsport.com.au Gift Vouchers (redemption)
  • d) A combination a), b) or c).

Velocity Points Earn:

Velocity Members will earn 2 Velocity Points for every $1 spent on onsport.com.au. Velocity Points will only be earned on payments, or part payments, made by credit card only. Taxes, Shipping Fees, payment (or part payment) made via redemption of Velocity Points and payment (or part payment) made via redemption of onsport.com.au Gift Vouchers are excluded from Velocity Points earn.

Velocity Points will be allocated to Members’ Velocity Rewards Accounts on or around 4 weeks from the date payment via credit card is approved.

Returns and refunds:

Velocity Points Redemptions and Refunds:
Where a Customer purchases Products or Experiences by redeeming Velocity Points, or a combination of redeeming Velocity Points and any other accepted payment method, through onsport.com.au and subsequently returns the Products or Experiences in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Returns Policy available at the time on onsport.com.au, a refund will be processed for the Customer. Returned Products must be received by onsport.com.au at the return address specified within 21 days from the date of purchase for a refund to be processed.

Refunds will only be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into a bank account nominated by the Customer or via onsport.com.au Gift Vouchers. Under no circumstances will Velocity Points be refunded or reallocated to Members’ Velocity Rewards Accounts. Where a refund is processed via EFT or Gift Vouchers, the dollar amount refunded will be the price as listed in dollars on the Product detail or Experience detail page on onsport.com.au at the time of the original purchase.

Velocity Points Earn and Refunds:
Where Products or Experiences are purchased using credit card or an onsport.com.au Gift Vouchers, or a combination of Velocity Points redemption and any other accepted payment method and Products or Experiences are returned within 21 days of the in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Returns Policy available at the time on onsport.com.au, a refund will be processed for the Customer. Returned Products must be received by onsport.com.au at the return address specified within 21 days from the date of purchase for a refund to be processed. Where a refund is processed, Velocity Points that would otherwise have been earned on the original purchase will not be earned or allocated to the Member’s Velocity Rewards Account, as a result of returning the Products or Experiences.

Combination of Velocity Points + any other payment method:
Where Products or Experiences are purchased using a combination of Velocity Points redemption and any other accepted payment method, Velocity Points will be earned on the portion of the purchase made by credit card only and will not be earned on the portion of the purchase where Velocity Points or onsport.com.au Gift Vouchers are redeemed.

Virgin Wines Terms & Conditions

When you sign up to the Virgin Wines Discovery Club, you will be sent a case of boutique wine delivered to your door every 12 weeks and at Christmas. You will be notified via email approximately 2 weeks prior to shipment that your next case is ready for despatch, including the case contents and price. After the first case, all future Discovery Club cases will be $149.99 (plus shipping, prices: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, ACT and Newcastle to Wollongong is $9.95 per case. Delivery is $12.95 per case to country NSW and country Victoria. Deliveries to Queensland, SA country, Perth, WA country, Tasmania and the Northern Territory cost $14.95 per case). You can skip or cancel any suggested case or your membership by phoning Virgin Wines customer service team on 1300 712 870. If you do not phone by the respond date stated in your notification email, Virgin Wines will deliver the case of wine to the delivery address they have on record and charge your credit card the notified price of the wine plus shipping costs. By signing up to the Discovery Club, you consent to Virgin Wines holding and using your credit card or other card details for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst you are part of the Discovery Club. Each year you will be offered a special Christmas holiday shipment, and you will be notified in advance of this shipment and its seasonal price. All Discovery Club and other purchases are subject to the Virgin Wines Terms & Conditions. Velocity Points are earned on total spend including GST but excluding delivery. Privacy Policy: Virgin Wines complies with all Australian privacy laws. Information you provide (address, email, telephone number) will be used for billing, delivery and to inform you of future wine offers from Virgin Wines. We may also share your information with carefully screened companies. If you do not wish to receive information from these companies please advise us by letter, email or call our customer service team on 1300 712 870. Your records held by us are available for your personal inspection by contacting us on 1300 712 870 and verifying your identity. An administration fee may be charged for material sent to you. iSUBSCRiBE Terms & Conditions

Points values shown are correct as at 30 May 2010 and are subject to change. All redemptions are subject to the iSUBSCRiBE Terms & Conditions. Magazine subscriptions: Price includes delivery. Subscriptions are valid for 12 months, and will be processed by iSUBSCRiBE within 5 working days of order from the Velocity Rewards Store. Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months, and the expiry date is displayed on the Gift Voucher. Only 1 voucher can be used per subscription order at www.isubscribe.com.au/velocity or www.isubscribe.co.nz/velocitynz. Any unused value cannot be redeemed for cash – this will remain as a credit in your iSUBSCRiBE account for a period of 12 months from the date the Gift Voucher was ordered from the Velocity Rewards Store.
