Terms and Conditions
You must be a member of Velocity Frequent Flyer to earn Velocity Points. Velocity members must enter their Velocity Membership Number and Velocity Member Name when completing their booking details online to earn Velocity Points.
To earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be the person who honours the booking. The booking name will be pre-filled with the Velocity member’s name. Velocity members will not earn Velocity Points for any other person who honours, or attends, the booking.
For each honoured booking made online, Velocity members will earn 300 Velocity Points. From time to time, additional bonus Points will be offered and these promotions will be clearly promoted as such on the www.bookarestaurant.com/velocity website.
No Velocity Points will be credited when an online booking has been cancelled, modified or when the Velocity member fails to honour their booking (i.e. a “no-show”). Points are not earned on the amount of money you spend at the restaurant, nor do you have to show your Velocity Membership Card in venue to earn Points.
No Velocity Points will be credited for bookings made via the www.bookarestaurant.com website or mobile application(s).
Points may take up to four weeks to be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer Account after the booking has been honoured. Points cannot be split between members.
To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, available at virginaustralia.com/velocity, as amended from time to time.
Babylon Restaurant and the Private Members Club at The Roof Gardens
Points will only be earned if the invoice is paid by a Member personally (not a company). Babylon Dining available for lunch 7 days a week and dinner 6 days a week. Events at the Private Members Club can be held on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 7:00pm and 3:00am. Spend amount for calculating Points earn will be the total bill (including room hire if applicable, food and beverages, but excluding VAT, hire of audio/visual equipment, entertainment and security costs).
When you sign up to the Virgin Wines Discovery Club, you will be sent a case of boutique wine delivered to your door every 12 weeks and at Christmas. You will be notified via email approximately 2 weeks prior to shipment that your next case is ready for despatch, including the case contents and price. After the first case, all future Discovery Club cases will be $149.99 (plus shipping, prices: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, ACT and Newcastle to Wollongong is $9.95 per case. Delivery is $12.95 per case to country NSW and country Victoria. Deliveries to Queensland, SA country, Perth, WA country, Tasmania and the Northern Territory cost $14.95 per case). You can skip or cancel any suggested case or your membership by phoning Virgin Wines customer service team on 1300 712 870. If you do not phone by the respond date stated in your notification email, Virgin Wines will deliver the case of wine to the delivery address they have on record and charge your credit card the notified price of the wine plus shipping costs. By signing up to the Discovery Club, you consent to Virgin Wines holding and using your credit card or other card details for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst you are part of the Discovery Club. Each year you will be offered a special Christmas holiday shipment, and you will be notified in advance of this shipment and its seasonal price. All Discovery Club and other purchases are subject to the Virgin Wines Terms & Conditions. Velocity Points are earned on total spend including GST but excluding delivery.
