Voucher Terms and Conditions

Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher amount, guest will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part and no change will be given. Total value of voucher must be used in one transaction.

Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade - Vouchers cannot be used over special event periods. Special event periods include the Australian Open, Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final weekend, Spring Racing Carnival, Christmas & New Years Eve. All other days are subject to availability.

InterContinental Hotel Group – InterContinental Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites & Hotel Indigo Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your Voucher. Protect this voucher as you would cash. Reservations should be made by calling Toll Free 138 388 from Australia or online www.intercontinental.com. Advance reservations are not required to use the voucher, however these are recommended. Voucher can be used at InterContinental, Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts throughout Australia (excluding Crowne Plaza Gold Tower, Surfers Paradise). Voucher may NOT be used in conjunction with advance purchase prepaid rates. Vouchers do not accrue any reward or loyalty points when purchased or redeemed. Vouchers will not be valid after the expiry date or be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. At time of check-in, guests should present both their voucher and personal credit card or other form of payment guarantee. Total charges are reduced by the amount available on the voucher.

Choice Hotels – Clarion Hotels, Quality Hotels, Comfort Hotels and Econo Lodge Redemption vouchers are non-refundable. No changes can be made to the voucher. Vouchers will be valid for stays up to 6 months from vouchers date i.e. the guest must stay before the voucher expires. This Voucher cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction. The name on the voucher must match the name used for the hotel booking.

Hilton Worldwide – Hilton Hotels, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations, Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Embassy Suites Hotels by Hilton Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply and are payable in addition to Points redeemed. Rooms are subject to availability, which may be limited. Redemption Vouchers are non-refundable. No changes can be made to the Vouchers. Voucher will be valid for stays up to 6 months from Voucher date i.e. the guest must stay before the Voucher expires. This Voucher cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction. TOGA Hospitality Group – Travelodge Hotels, Medina Apartments and Vibe Hotels Other hotel charges such as food and beverages, telephone, laundry and "pay-per-view" charges will be charged separately. Maximum two adults per room unless otherwise specified. Adults are defined as people aged 12 years or older. Redemptions are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.

Mirvac Hotels & Resorts – Quay Grand Suites, The Como, Quay West Suites & Resorts, The Sebel Hotels, Citigate Hotels, Cairns Harbour Lights, Sea Temple Resorts & Spas, Sydney Marriott Hotel Mirvac Moments Gift Cards can only be redeemed by booking directly with Mirvac Hotels and Resorts. Mirvac Moments Gift Cards are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. Bookings made using Mirvac Moments Gift Cards are not eligible for Velocity Points earn. Mirvac Moments Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and can only be used in Participating Mirvac Hotels in Australia and New Zealand.
