How do I join up with Virgin Mobile to earn Points?
To earn Points with Virgin Mobile you’ll need to be a new customer and sign up to an eligible 24-month plan. Have your Velocity Membership Number handy then either:
- head to virginmobile.com.au/velocity;
- visit a Virgin Mobile store; or
- call 1300 300 454.

This Velocity Points offer is open to Velocity Members who are Australian residents over 18 years old. The offer is only available to new credit approved customers who connect to a 24-month mobile or broadband plan with Virgin Mobile after 27 August 2008. The offer is only available to Members who join Virgin Mobile by calling 1300 300 454, visiting virginmobile.com.au/velocity or a Virgin Mobile store (excluding partners and dealers), and quote their Velocity Membership Number. Velocity Members who joined Virgin Mobile as part of the 10,000 bonus Points promotion between 12 March and 31 July 2008 are eligible to earn 3 Velocity Points per dollar spent on their Virgin Mobile service each month from 27 August 2008.
