How many Velocity Points do I earn?
You earn one Velocity Point for every one Diners Club Rewards point you transfer. You need a minimum of 5,000 Diners Club Reward points to transfer to Velocity Points at any one time and transfers are made in increments of 5,000. There’s no maximum limit to the number of points that can be transferred in one go at any one time and you can make as many transfers in a year as you like.
Please note: you can only transfer your Diners Club Reward points to your own Velocity Membership Account; you can’t ‘gift’ them to another Velocity Member. See the Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I transfer my Diners Club Reward points?
As long as you’re already a Velocity Member and a Diners Club Card member enrolled in Diners Club Rewards, you can transfer your Diners Club Reward points through the Diners Club website or Diners Club Rewards Centre. Just follow these easy steps:
Step 1: If you're not already a Velocity Member, join now - it's free to join, and you'll get your Velocity Membership Number in just a few minutes.
Step 2. Call the Diners Club Rewards Centre on 1300 360 060 to register your Velocity Membership Number.
Step 3. Transfer your Diners Club Reward points (in multiples of 5,000) at dinersclub.com.au or by calling 1300 360 060.
It takes up to five business days for the Points to reach your Velocity Membership Account.
There’s no charge for any transfer or redemption request made through Diners Club Rewards Centre or online.

The earning and redemption of Diners Club Reward points (including available rewards and expiry of points) is subject to the Diners Club Rewards Terms & Conditions. Conversions from Diners Club Reward points must be in blocks of 5,000 Diners Club Reward points. Diners Club Reward points transferred to Velocity will take between 2-5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account.
