How many Velocity Points do I earn?
As a Citibank Platinum or 
Gold Cardholder, you’ll earn 1 Velocity Point for every 1.5 Citi Reward points you transfer.
Simply transfer a minimum of 15,000 Citi Reward points to your Velocity Membership Account in any 1 transaction – it’s that easy!
Transfers greater than 15,000 Citi Reward points need to be in fixed blocks of 15,000 Citi Reward points.
How do I transfer my Citi Reward points to Velocity?
Transferring your Citi Reward points to Velocity is easy. Just have your Velocity Membership Number handy and call Citi Rewards on 1800 818 008 (Citibank Platinum Cardholders) or 13 24 84 (Citibank Gold Cardholders).

Redemption of Citi Reward points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible Citibank Platinum or Citibank Gold Cardholders. The earning and redemption of Citi Reward points is subject to the Citi Rewards terms and conditions, available at www.citibank.com.au/rewards or by calling 1800 818 008 (Citibank Platinum Cardholders) or 13 24 84 (Citibank Gold Cardholders). A minimum of 15,000 Citi Reward points must be redeemed for Velocity Points in one transaction, and additional Citi Reward points must be redeemed in fixed blocks of 15,000 Citi Reward points. To redeem Citi Reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityrewards.com.au. The redemption of Citi Reward points will be administered solely by Citi Rewards and may take up to 3 business days or longer to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once Citi Reward points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
