How many Velocity Points do I earn?
The amount of Velocity Points you earn for each Commonwealth Awards point you transfer will depend on the type of card you have:
| Standard Awards Card: | 2 Commonwealth Awards points = 1 Velocity Point |
|---|---|
| Gold Awards Card: | 1.5 Commonwealth Awards points = 1 Velocity Point |
| Platinum Awards Card: | 1 Commonwealth Awards points = 1 Velocity Point |
You’ll need to transfer a minimum of 3,600 Commonwealth Awards points to your Velocity Membership Account at any one time.
How do I transfer Commonwealth Awards points to Velocity?
Transferring your Commonwealth Awards points to Velocity is easy. Just have your Velocity Membership Number handy and:
- login to NetBank and click on the Awards program icon on the homepage; or
- call the Commonwealth Awards Call Centre on 13 16 61 between 8am-8pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.
Terms & Conditions
Individuals must be a Commonwealth Awards cardholder. The earning and redemption of Commonwealth Awards points is subject to general terms and conditions of the Commonwealth Awards program, available at http://www.commbank.com.au/personal/credit-cards. A minimum of 3,600 Commonwealth Awards points must be redeemed for Velocity Points in one transaction, and additional points above 3,600 must be redeemed in increments of 1,000. To redeem Commonwealth Awards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityrewards.com.au. The redemption of Commonwealth Awards points will be administered solely by Commonwealth Awards and will take up to 3 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once Commonwealth Awards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed.
