Quote your Velocity Membership Number when booking
Allow up to 6 weeks for the Velocity Points to land in your Account.

how to claim retrospectively.

Velocity Members - you can submit a claim online for flights taken less than 6 months ago.
Non-Members - if you’ve flown in the last 30 days, simply join Velocity then submit a claim online. If your flight is eligible, Velocity Points will be credited to your new Account within 7 days.
