How to submit a Retro Points claim
If you have flown with Virgin Australia or one of our international airline partners in the last six months and you were a Velocity member at the time, you can claim Velocity Points not yet credited to your Velocity membership account by emailing your Velocity membership number and a copy of your electronic ticket and boarding pass to retro@velocityrewards.com.au. Successful claims can take between 4 to 12 weeks to appear on your Velocity membership account.

Flights are governed by the individual airlines' terms and conditions; please refer to the individual airlines' websites for full terms and conditions. Members travelling on Upgraded fares purchased with Points or any other subsidised means of Upgrades on Virgin Australia or our partner airlines will earn Points based on originally purchased fare classes.
