How to claim retrospectively
If you have flown with Virgin Australia or one of our international airline partners in the last six months and you were a Velocity member at the time, you can claim Velocity Points not yet credited to your Velocity membership account by emailing your Velocity membership number and a copy of your electronic ticket or boarding pass to retro@velocityrewards.com.au. Successful claims can take between 4 to 12 weeks to appear on your Velocity membership account.
